Iceland in a nutshell - Beautiful Snaefellsnes
- 900,00 USD
The Snaefellsnes peninsula or Iceland in a nutshell' as it is often called, is quite spectacular. This ninety-kilometer stretch in the West has it all. Most famous is Saefellsjokull, the mighty glacier and volcano that crowns the peninsula and was featured in Jules Verne's 'Journey to the Center of the Earth'. At Snaefellsnes you can head to sites such as the dramatic Londrangar basalt plug; the frequently photographed Kirkjufell mountain made famous by The Game of Thrones; the beautiful coastal scenery around the villages of Arnarstapi and Hellnar; the beautifully sculptured lava in Bersekjahraun, the windswept Budir church (The Little Black Church). Your day will be packed with beautiful sites and brilliant landscape where about 500 people waited patiently the 5th November 1993 for aliens to land on the magnificent glacier Snaefellsjokull!
I can promise you enjoyable trips, lovely landscape, personal and good service and that I'll do my very best to make your stay here in Iceland a memorable stay in every single way. The price includes vehicle, private guiding, gas and parking fees, pick up and drop off, along with some nice local tastings
